AS/NZS 3837测试指标
(a) 热释放率,由氧气消耗量决定(Rate of heat release, by measurement of the oxygen consumption, as determined by the oxygen concentration and the flow rate in the exhaust product stream);
(b) 有效热燃烧值和物质质量损失率(Effective heat of combustion from a concomitant measurement of specimen mass loss rate, in combination with the heat release rate);
(c) 烟释放率(Smoke release, by obscuration of light by the combustion product stream);
(d) 可燃性 ,产品加热后从不燃到可燃的时间(Ignitability, as a measurement of time from initial exposure to time of sustained flaming)。
AS/NZS 3837测试方法及流程
测试前,样品用锡箔纸(烤箱烧烤那种)包好4角和样品的底部形成一个托盘,用于存储可能的融化物。水平放置样品,火焰从一侧点燃,同时给样品以50kw/m2的热辐射加热。
出现如下情况可以终止测试:
1. 样品燃烧结束2分钟后;
2. 平均物质质量损失率一分钟后降低到150g/m2;
3. 试验时间超过60分钟;
4. 样品开始试验10分钟内不燃烧;
AS 5637.1及AS/NZS 3837等级划分
防火等级1级-不燃材料,material that does not reach flashover when exposed to 100KW for 600s followed by exposure to300KW for 600s.
防火等级2级-难燃材料,material that flashover flashover following exposure to 300KW within 600s after not reaching flashover when exposed to 100KW for 600s.
防火等级3级-可燃材料,material that reaches flashover in more than 120s but within 600s when exposed to 100KW.
防火等级4级-易燃材料,material that reaches flashover within 120s when exposed to 100KW.
